4. What do you need to do?
To obtain warranty services, you must first contact sales person to determine the problem and
the most appropriate solution for you.
The product must be in its original packaging or the customer can send it in any package.
A Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) is required. You can contact sales person for a RMA
template.
Any documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package.
