In case of a defect product and to deliver worry free products, Bingochic Decoration offers a limited warranty for all products. All active Bingochic Decoration Materials enjoy a one-year warranty.
1. What does this warranty cover?
It covers any defects in material.
It covers any defects in workmanship under normal use.
If a defect in materials or workmanship appears in Bingochic Decoration Materials, Bingochic Decoration will provide, at your choice, either free replacement of the same model number materials or a complete refund of the original purchase price.
2. What will Bingochic do to correct our problems?
Bingochic Decoration will exchange the defect product with a new one for free.
Bingochic Decoration will offer a complete refund of the original purchase price.
3. How long does this warranty cover?
1 year-For active Bingochic Decoration Materials.

4. What do you need to do?
To obtain warranty services, you must first contact sales person to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
The product must be in its original packaging or the customer can send it in any package.
A Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) is required. You can contact sales person for a RMA template.
Any documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package.
We'll inspect your warranty request within 24 hours and inform you the results and our most suitable solutions. Please don't hesitate to contact Bingochic Decoration
